Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 April 2026

By downloading, installing, or using the Streakly app or website at streakly.eu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Streakly.

1. The service

Streakly is a habit tracking application for Android. We provide the app "as is" and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

2. Accounts and cloud sync

Cloud sync is an optional feature that requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others.

3. In-app purchases

  • Lifetime Premium — a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features for the purchasing account.
  • Yearly Premium — a recurring subscription billed annually. You may cancel at any time through Google Play; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
  • We do not offer refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play within the applicable refund window.

4. Free tier limitations

Free accounts are limited to 3 active habits. Archived habits do not count toward this limit, but restoring an archived habit while at the limit requires a Premium upgrade.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all habit data you create in Streakly. By enabling cloud sync, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the sync service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Streakly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. You use the app at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Streakly, including loss of data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
